Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC seeks a Program Analyst to support the Director of Programs and Senior Managers. The role involves qualitative and quantitative analyses with emphasis on Budget/Risk analysis using EVMS, plus contract planning and performance reviews.

You will work with program managers and staff to deliver milestones and manage cost, schedule and performance metrics. Applicants should have EVMS experience and be proficient with Deltek, Cost Point, Cognos, COBRA, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or enrolled in related field with relevant experience.
• Experience with EVMS, cost, schedule and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Deltek, Cost Point, Cognos, and COBRA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Directors and Program/Project Managers with assigned duties.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses focusing on Budget/Risk using EVMS.
• Plan and review contracts, programs, policies and procedures; resolve issues.
• Analyze contract performance and monitor overhead budgets.
• Collect, analyze and report data; provide data-driven recommendations.
