Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC seeks a Program Analyst to support the Director of Programs and senior staff, performing budget/risk analyses using EVMS techniques and managing cost, schedule, and performance metrics. The role includes reporting, milestone interpretation, and risk management at project and program levels.

Responsibilities include supporting program managers, researching contract issues, monitoring overhead budgets, and delivering data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent with 4–8 years of technical experience.
• Experience in EVMS environment.
• Defense contracting knowledge (DoD FAR, DFAS CAS, DFARS, GAGAS).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Programs and Program Managers with duties as assigned.
• Performs qualitative and quantitative analyses with concentration in Budget/Risk Analysis using EVMS techniques.
• Plan, establish and review contracts, programs, policies and procedures; research and resolve contract issues.
• Performs analyses and provides recommendations on matters related to contract performance.
• Update and monitor overhead budgets.
• Collects, analyzes and reports data.
• Makes recommendations based upon analyses.
