The position involves contract review, data collection and reporting, and making recommendations based on analyses. Strong communication skills and DoD environment experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with EVMS in DoD programs.
• Proficiency with Deltek, Cost Point, COGNOS.
• Thorough understanding of DoD FAR, DFAS CAS, DFARS, and GAGAS.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Programs and Program Managers with assigned duties.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses focusing on Budget/Risk using EVM techniques.
• Plan, review contracts, programs, policies, and procedures; research contract issues.
