Job summary

Clear Creek Federal, part of the Seneca Nation Group, is seeking a Program Analyst to support ARAT at Aberdeen and adjacent sites. The role focuses on manpower and financial reporting, travel QA, and CAC tracking within an Agile, DevSecOps environment.

You will prepare briefing materials, maintain records, and assist in monthly reporting for ARAT-funded activities, interfacing across engineering briefs, staff briefings, and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of program and project management experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance at time of application.
• Position-specific training: Identifying and Safeguarding PII.
• Willingness to travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manpower reports, financial records, and briefing charts for the ARAT program office.
• Perform quality assurance, tracking, and archiving of travel requests and associated trip reports.
• Execute and maintain CAC tracking, handling PII per Army requirements.
• Support monthly financial reporting across ARAT activities and assemble data for Monthly Status Report and POM.
• Capture and publish meeting minutes across the annual meeting rhythm.
• Maintain document version control and file plan discipline for program records.
