Job summary

Clear Creek Federal is seeking a Program Manager to lead the ARAT program at Aberdeen Proving Ground. You will own cost, schedule, and technical performance, overseeing a delivery team across software, RF, data/AI, and cyber domains, while coordinating with Government counterparts and CORs.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, 10+ years of program management experience, and a track record of delivering contract deliverables in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, CS, business, or related discipline.
• Ten+ years of progressive program or project management experience with DoD customers and contract or task order accountability.
• Active DoD Secret clearance at time of application.
• Experience managing cost-reimbursement contracts, including monthly cost reporting and funding/burn-rate management.
• Experience delivering formal contract deliverables and working with Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership across ARAT tasks, developing long-term roadmap and prioritizing features.
• Own the Program Management Plan, budget, and milestone commitments; manage risks and expenditures.
• Prepare and present Monthly Status Reports and Management Review packages.
• Oversee R&D oversight, schedule tracking, and documentation quality assurance.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard delivery team; ensure training compliance and labor category alignment.
