Job summary

Clear Creek Federal in the Seneca Nation Group portfolio seeks a Program Analyst to support the ARAT program office with manpower reports, financial records, and briefing charts. You will function in an Agile/DevSecOps setting to help ensure accurate reporting and robust data handling.

The role requires 2–4 years in program management, DoD clearance, and travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Collaboration across engineering, staff, and management is essential for monthly reporting and archival

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
2–4 years of relevant program or project management experience.
Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of application.
Willingness to travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Responsibilities

Prepare manpower reports, financial records, and briefing charts for the ARAT program office.
Quality assurance, tracking, and archiving of travel requests and trip reports.
Execute and maintain CAC tracking, handling PII per Army requirements.
Support monthly financial reporting and assemble data for MBR and POM review packages.
Capture and publish meeting minutes across the annual meeting rhythm.
Maintain document version control and file plan discipline for program records.
