Job summary
Clear Creek Federal is seeking a Program Manager for the ARAT program at Aberdeen Proving Ground to oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple projects. You will shape the delivery roadmaps across software, RF/electronic warfare, data/AI, and cyber, while coordinating with government leaders in an Agile/DevSecOps environment.
The role requires building a delivery team, maintaining governance, and delivering formal reports and technical reviews to the Government throughout
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related discipline.
- Ten+ years of progressive program or project management experience with DoD customers.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Experience managing a cost-reimbursement contract with monthly cost reporting and burn-rate controls.
- Experience delivering formal contract deliverables to a Government customer.
- Advanced Excel and cost/workload reporting; familiarity with eCRAFT/E2 vendor reporting.
- Direct working relationships with COs, CORs, and Government technical leads.
- Experience recruiting and standing up a technical delivery team.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government property administration.
- Ability to work on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground and to travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide program leadership across cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Break requirements into multi-sprint projects and build long-term roadmaps.
- Interface with COR and Government technical lead on risk, cost, and milestones.
- Maintain and execute the Program Management Plan and milestones.
- Prepare and present monthly status reports and governance reviews.
- Lead IPTs and coordinate budget, staffing, and deliverable tracking.
