Job summary

Seneca Holdings' ARAT program at Aberdeen Proving Ground seeks a Level III Software Engineer to set technical direction for ARAT baselines and lead integration of software into the classified APG lab.

You will own UI architecture across SMF, UTAS, and ASPEN, ensure STIG compliance, and coordinate with ARAT-ICS for information assurance, while guiding junior engineers and maintaining secure delivery pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 9+ years software engineering experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; hybrid on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for ARAT baselines and lead integration into the classified APG lab.
• Resolve cross-baseline architectural issues across SMF, UTAS, and ASPEN.
• Keep the contractor development environment compatible with the ARAT APG laboratory environment.
• Own UI architecture across SMF, TestNet, and ASPEN products with a shared component library and accessibility standards.
• Review junior engineers' work and ensure the quality of delivered installation packages.
