Job summary

ERG is a research and consulting firm delivering multidisciplinary support to federal, state, and commercial clients. We seek a Cost Analyst to generate, maintain, and review project expenditure databases and financial projections.

The role involves biweekly budget meetings and monthly updates on contract year spend, with focus on accuracy and performance metrics. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with DoD clearance eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams and M365 tools; strong Excel skills.
• U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance.

• Review and verify financial and project data for accuracy; conduct biweekly budget review meetings.
• Perform monthly updates for contract year spend and track project charging, subcontract budgets, and team performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field; 2-4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, and M365 tools; strong Excel and data management skills.
• Must hold or be able to obtain DoD SECRET clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range $65,000–$85,000 per year.
• Includes health/dental insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, educational benefits, FSAs, generous 401k plan, profit sharing, EAP.
• 11-20 paid vacation days, 10 paid holidays, and 56+ hours sick leave per year.
