Job summary

Position Summary

ANSER is seeking a Program Analyst to provide technical, analytical, and program support to a Department of Defense (DoD) organization. In this role, you will support leadership and program offices by tracking portfolio and project performance, coordinating program activities, developing briefing materials, and supporting policy, guidance, and operational requirements. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to support portfolio analysis, program reviews, risk management, tasking, strategic planning, and process improvement activities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintain a technical understanding of the portfolio and work with leadership and program offices to develop artifacts that track portfolio performance.
• Coordinate, develop, review, analyze, assess, staff, and monitor policy and guidance conformance.
• Coordinate internal and external conferences, meetings, and reviews; prepare briefing materials and support Configuration Control Board Integration (CCBI).
• Initiate, coordinate, and support multifunctional teams with stakeholders from multiple internal and external organizations.
• Perform data collection, requirements decomposition, develop materials, support portfolio analysis, and maintain awareness of project status and related information.
• Provide technical and analytical support, assist in identifying and mitigating program risks, and support the preparation, review, and submission of responses to formal taskers.
• Design interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics using tools such as SQL and Power BI.
• Coordinate with leadership on operational activities, strategic plans and goals, internal program reviews, tasking and administrative staffing processes, and mission-critical SOPs and process workflows.
• Update presentation materials with current cybersecurity activity information and support the development of spend plans and Objectives and Outputs.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• At least five (5) years of experience in project management, DoD acquisition, or another related subject of comparable complexity and responsibility.
• At least five (5) years of comprehensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Word.
• At least three (3) years of SharePoint-related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) as an organization.
• Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition Process.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) defense equipment.
• Ability to write, review, and staff high-level staff action papers, studies, policies, and acquisition documents.
• Ability to independently manage, synchronize, and track multiple complex and cross-functional actions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Full-Time Salary Range for this position:

$74,000 - $108,000 USD
