ERG is a research and consulting firm delivering multidisciplinary support to federal, state, and commercial clients. We seek a Cost Analyst to generate, maintain, and review project expenditure databases and financial projections.

The role involves biweekly budget meetings and monthly updates on contract year spend, with focus on accuracy and performance metrics. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with DoD clearance eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams and M365 tools; strong Excel skills.
• U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain project expenditure databases and cost estimates.
• Review financial data for accuracy and biweekly budget reviews.
• Update monthly spend by contract year and track budgets and performance metrics.
