Job summary

Eastern Research Group, Inc. seeks a Business Analyst to join its Digital Solutions team in Concord, MA. You will collaborate with clients and team members to design web applications and data visualization tools, gather requirements, and support agile development cycles.

You will create test plans, perform manual and automated testing with Selenium/SoapUI, and analyze environmental data to support project planning and design. Strong communication and ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in information technology, health or environmental science, or related interdisciplinary majors or related fields (e.g., mathematics, science, engineering)
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Ability to pass a public trust-level background investigation as part of the credentialing process to work for our federal clients
• Ability to work independently to accomplish assigned work in a timely manner
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet various project demands
• Demonstrates curiosity and embraces continuous learning, including proficiency in mastering new skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with an Agile software development approach
• Certified ScrumMaster or similar certification
• Experience with writing automated test cases using Selenium, SoapUI, or other software
• Experience with Qlik, Tableau, or other data visualization software
