We are seeking experienced project managers for full-time, on-site technical and project support at a federal manufacturing site in Indian Head, MD. This role involves interaction with ERG personnel at the site and in our Chantilly and Arlington offices. Alternative work schedules may be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain project and production schedules using Microsoft Excel and Project.
2. Coordinate project and production goals with management, engineers, operators, technicians, and vendors.
3. Analyze budgets, address concerns, and communicate issues to management.
4. Present performance data and conclusions to management.
5. Lead project and production planning meetings.
6. Distribute documents and status updates to stakeholders.
7. Ensure quality standards for raw materials, intermediates, and products.
8. Perform additional project support duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years project management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in reviewing technical data and engineering drawings.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with federal contracts or facilities.
• Active secret clearance.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Project, including VBA, scheduling dependencies, and Gantt charts.
