Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Current Public Trust background investigation at proposal submission.
• Strong organizational, administrative, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience preparing professional correspondence, reports, presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day program and administrative support to DVPO leadership and staff.
• Prepare correspondence, executive briefings, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and schedules for DVPO leadership.
• Track correspondence packages, action items, and official documents using government document management systems.
• Maintain organized electronic records and support records management requirements.
• Coordinate government travel arrangements using designated travel systems.
• Support Health Executive Committee meetings, leadership briefings, and interagency coordination activities.
• Maintain and update the DVPO public website, SharePoint site, and collaboration platforms.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and program assessments.
• Use approved government-provided AI tools to assist with meeting minutes and work products, ensuring accuracy through appropriate quality reviews.
• Support document coordination with Veterans Health Administration counterparts.
• Identify opportunities to improve office workflows, coordination, and administrative efficiency.
