Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Program Analyst to provide onsite support to DARPA in Arlington, VA. The role requires a DoD Top Secret/Secret clearance and 5+ years of program analyst experience in an R&D environment, with strong coordination and briefing skills.

You will support the Program Manager, prepare briefings and reports, and help ensure program milestones are met. This is a full-time, on-site position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or math (STEM) or equivalent with demonstrated technical acumen.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• 5+ years of direct experience as a program analyst or similar.
• Experience in at least two: budget management, acquisition document coordination, meeting organization, or developing briefings.
• Knowledge of DoD standards and regulations.
• Strong oral and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide program support to DARPA and learn DARPA processes and culture.
• Coordinate meetings for the Program Manager (monthly/bi-weekly).
• Monitor program progress and report to the Program Manager with regular updates.
• Contribute to development of draft briefings, reports, and supporting documents.
