This is an early-career opportunity to work at the center of federal health governance, requiring on-site work, government systems, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in executive-level office management, document coordination, and correspondence tracking.
• Experience arranging travel through a Government travel system and managing executive calendars.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, website content management, and Microsoft 365, including AI-assisted tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, independent judgment, and tact.

Responsibilities

• Office management for the client office.
• Coordinate documents and acknowledge open actions promptly.
• Track correspondence packages and coordinate with VA offices.
• Arrange travel using the Government travel system.
• Manage leadership calendars and schedules.
• Support senior committee meetings and briefings.
