• Utilizing analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, with knowledge of DoD Earned Value Management policies, processes, and guidance.
• Applying Integrated Baseline Review principles, requirements, and processes and knowledge of budgetary policies and DoD life cycle management.
