Job summary

Defense Contract Management Agency in Fort Lee, NJ seeks a Budget Analyst to develop, implement, and review policies across the DCMA business base. The role supports budget execution for reimbursable, FMS, and SA programs and helps manage end-strength and budget submissions.

You will defend positions in hearings and prepare justifications as part of the PPBE process. Ideal candidates have specialized experience at NH-03/GS-13 level with DCMA policy experience and a strong grasp of budget

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience in the duties of Budget Analyst.
• Experience at NH-03/GS-13 level or equivalent against eligibility.
• Experience developing and implementing DCMA policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, review, and maintain DCMA policies across the business base.
• Support DCMA budget execution in reimbursable/FMS/SA matters.
• Assist in managing DCMA end-strength (ES)/FTEs for reimbursable/FMS/SA.
• Review final DCMA budget submissions, attend hearings, and prepare justifications.
• Integrate reimbursable, FMS, and SA budget formulation into the PPBE process.
