• U.S. Secret Clearance; Top Secret preferred.

Responsabilités

• Understand DoW or MDA PPBE process.
• Implement OSW PPBE guidance for budget justification.
• Resolve issues and present solutions to leadership.
• Perform strategic planning and budget formulation.
• Track financial execution spending rates.

Leading budget formulation efforts

Experience with PPBE process

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Strong written and oral communication skills
