Job summary

The U.S. Department of Defense is advertising a federal NH-03 Broadband level position at Redstone Arsenal, AL with locality adjustments. The salary range is $93,216 to $144,102 per year.

Qualifications require one year of specialized experience equivalent to NH-02/GS-11, and at least two of three listed specialized experiences—DoD EVM methods, Integrated Baseline Review principles, and cost/economic analysis—will be considered for qualification.

Salary Ranges are the following unless statutory/regulatory rates prevail.

For the Schriever AFB, CO Location: $91,870 to $142,022 (includes 20.15% locality)

For the Redstone Arsenal, AL Location: $93,216 to $144,102 (includes 21.91% locality) You may qualify at the NH 03 Broadband Level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:

A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below and must meet 2 of the 3 specialized experience listed below to be qualified:

• Utilizing analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, to include qualitative and quantitative analysis, and knowledge of DoD Earned Value Management (EVM) policies, processes, products, terminologies, and guidance documents in order to conduct comprehensive studies and develop assessments, recommendations and position statements.
• Applying Integrated Baseline Review principles, requirements, and processes and application of budgetary policies, processes, procedures and regulations including funds execution and knowledge of DoD acquisition and life cycle management policies, procedures, and practices to conduct reviews.
• Experience with cost and economic analyses principles, techniques, and practices with ability to identify, plan, conduct research, summarize results, and make recommendations on complex, multifaceted problems and lead special study teams.
