Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Analyst in the Washington, DC area to join a PD office within the Department of State. The role focuses on strengthening talent management through process management, data cleaning, and visualization, building strong client relationships, and adapting to new tools in a dynamic environment.

You will support and lead efforts in process improvement, data support, and knowledge management while coordinating meetings and ensuring timely action-item follow-ups.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably supporting government agencies.
• Experience with business process improvement and standardization.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead process management and improvement efforts.
• Assist with talent management workstreams and ad hoc tasks.
• Clean and validate datasets of various sizes.
• Develop and share data visualizations across the client enterprise.
• Support HR and talent management taskers with quick-turn needs.
• Create and maintain knowledge management across platforms (SharePoint, Google Drive, Asana).
• Assist meeting preparation, coordination, and action-item tracking.
