Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining NAVSEA instructions and prepare reports for senior management.
• Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, and record minutes and actions.
• Perform clerical duties including mail, directories, and tasker distribution.
• Maintain files and apply records management guidelines per DON policy.
• Analyze information and generate reports for administrative projects requiring technical input.
• Provide program management, financial and administrative support to NAVSEA's Front Office.
