Job summary

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support a NAVSEA Program Office onsite at the Washington Navy Yard three days a week. The role involves assisting with onboarding, documentation, status tracking, and coordination across programs.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work independently and in a team while pursuing a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting COR with staff onboarding and documentation packages.
• Tracking and providing status updates.
• Maintaining action trackers to ensure timely completion.
• Processing tasks, identifying data errors, and proposing solutions.
• Assisting with monitoring performance, cost, and schedule impacts.
• Updating contract status reports.
• Collecting input for SOWs and CDRLs.
• Implementing business process improvement.
