NAVSUP FLC SD GF seeks a Program Analyst to support financial management, Navy Cash programs, and related disbursing and administrative activities in San Diego. The role focuses on applying regulations, examining processes, and formulating corrective actions.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.Possess understanding of Disbursing/Personnel/Administrative/Navy Cash automated systems and programs; 2. Experience in regulations and procedures set forth in publications governing Financial Management, Military Pay and Allowance, Military Travel, and Navy Cash. The incumbent must be able to apply this knowledge in the examination process; 3.The incumbent must have the ability to represent FEG in formal and informal settings.
