Job summary

NAVSUP FLC SD GF seeks a Program Analyst to support financial management, Navy Cash programs, and related disbursing and administrative activities in San Diego. The role focuses on applying regulations, examining processes, and formulating corrective actions.

The successful candidate will communicate clearly, prepare briefings and formal reports, and collaborate with Navy and civilian staff to safeguard efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience at GS-07 or equivalent in the Federal service or private/public sector.
• Understanding of Navy Cash, disbursing, personnel and administrative automation systems.
• Knowledge of Financial Management, Military Pay/Allowance, Military Travel regulations.
• Ability to represent FEG in formal and informal settings and communicate clearly.
• Analytical skills to collate data and formulate corrective actions.
