Job summary

Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management seeks a Program Administrator to lead and support relationships with student-facing partners and the broader community, coordinating joint programs, communications, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage relationships with institutional community and student-facing partners; coordinate joint programming, communications, and day-to-day relationship management.
  • Support setup and launch of new programs, managing them from concept through full operation.
  • Serve as programmatic and administrative lead for student-facing graduate and undergraduate courses, IAP Dual-Use Ventures, and Defense & Dual-Use Ventures Action Learning Lab; coordinate emails, class stakeholders, TAs, teaching team, bookings, scheduling, and operations.
  • Manage student and community programs from conception through to completion, or until fully operational.
  • Oversee allocation of program and personnel resources, including UROP participants, TAs, mentors, and event support.
  • Present reports to senior leadership analyzing enrollment, participation, membership, and engagement metrics and outline recommended actions.

PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR, STUDENTS & COMMUNITY, Sloan School of Management, lead, manage, and support the organization's relationships with key institutional community and student facing partners, coordinating joint programming, communications, and day-to-day relationship management; support the setup and launch of new programs, managing them from concept through full operation; serve as the programmatic and administrative lead for student-facing graduate and undergraduate courses, the Independent Activities Period (IAP) Dual-Use Ventures offering, and the Defense and Dual-Use Ventures Action Learning Lab coordinating emails and communications to class stakeholders, teaching assistants and the teaching team, classroom booking and reservations, session scheduling, and general class operations; manages student and community programs from conception through to completion, or until fully operational; oversees the allocation of program and personnel resources, including UROP participants, teaching assistants, mentors, and event support; presents reports to senior leadership analyzing key metrics and trends including enrollment, participation, membership, and engagement and outlining recommended actions.
