Job summary

Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management seeks a Program Administrator to lead and support relationships with student-facing partners and the broader community, coordinating joint programs, communications, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities

Lead and manage relationships with institutional community and student-facing partners; coordinate joint programming, communications, and day-to-day relationship management.
Support setup and launch of new programs, managing them from concept through full operation.
Serve as programmatic and administrative lead for student-facing graduate and undergraduate courses, IAP Dual-Use Ventures, and Defense & Dual-Use Ventures Action Learning Lab; coordinate emails, class stakeholders, TAs, teaching team, bookings, scheduling, and operations.
Manage student and community programs from conception through to completion, or until fully operational.
Oversee allocation of program and personnel resources, including UROP participants, TAs, mentors, and event support.
Present reports to senior leadership analyzing enrollment, participation, membership, and engagement metrics and outline recommended actions.
