Description
With minimal supervision, provides high-level administrative duties that are often of a confidential and complex nature. Maintains a current knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and regulations and provides information and assistance as needed to facilitate the office's daily operations. This position supports the UAB School of Nursing Associate Dean of Technology and Innovation, the Director of Instructional Technology, the Director of Educational Innovation, the Director of Simulation, and their departments providing administrative support and guidance. The direct report for this individual is to the Business Officer II with input for evaluation purposes from the other individuals in the positions this individual supports. This is not a remote position.
(Hourly Rate: $18.35 - $29.80)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.
To be successful in this position, an individual must be self-motivated and able to work independently. The individual will be highly organized with strong attention to detail in addition to excellent communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
