Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in social or recreational programs preferred.
• Understanding of group interaction and motivation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements daily activities for Behavioral Health/Senior Life Programs.
• Prepares and trains participants in physical fitness, social skills, and daily living skills.
• Coordinates fundraisers and maintains records and reports.
• Tracks progress, notes, goals, and yearly evaluations for participants.
• Keeps participants informed of educational opportunities and support groups.
• Acts as an advocate for active Seniors and Behavioral Health patients.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Management.
