You will hire, train and develop a high-performing team, handle cash and reporting, and drive local marketing and community engagement to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience.
• Ability to hire, train and motivate a high performance team.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Cash handling skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, wage, age, and safety regulations.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership to achieve superior guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Drive profitability by managing food cost, labor, utilities and sales growth.
• Staff the restaurant with trained personnel and develop the management team.
