Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our restaurants. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding guest experience, driving profits, and developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• General Manager experience preferred.
• QSR, restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume management experience preferred.
• Experience with responsibility for financial results.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable your management team and team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and retain a strong restaurant team.
• Build a positive, respectful, and accountable restaurant culture.
• Develop Shift Managers and future restaurant leaders.
• Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain Pizza Hut standards for food quality, preparation, and cleanliness.
• Take ownership of restaurant cleanliness, organization, and maintenance.
• Ensure proper food handling and food safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Develop and manage employee schedules based on sales forecasts and business needs.
• Manage labor and control costs while maintaining service levels.
• Analyze restaurant performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Take ownership of P&L and financial performance.
• Drive sales growth and identify opportunities to increase guest traffic.
• Ensure cash handling and banking procedures are followed.
