Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience, management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.
• Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Understanding of Guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Open availability.

Responsibilities

• Owns the restaurant P&L and actively manages profitability.
• Reviews P&L lines to increase profitability.
• Drives sales through proactive Guest service and operations management.
• Analyzes sales and labor and adjusts staffing as needed.
• Motivates and directs team to exceed Guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Manages the Guest experience and responds promptly to issues.
• Solves Guest feedback with root-cause analysis and action plans.
• Engages with the community for local marketing initiatives.
• Leads recruitment and selection to build an effective team.
• Provides coaching to Assistant Managers to raise performance.
• Enforces health, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Ensures the team delivers Popeyes brand programs and LT offers.
• Troubleshoots equipment issues and coordinates maintenance.
