Job summary

Blue Origin in Merritt Island, FL seeks a Profile Lead Recruiter (PLR) to drive profile-level talent strategy and end-to-end recruiting for Operations hiring profiles. You will own the recruiting strategy, requisition health, funnel metrics, candidate experience, interview process, and offer delivery in collaboration with the Recruiting Business Partner, Sourcers, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing sourcing and recruiting strategies for specialized, difficult-to-fill roles.
• Experience leading offer strategy, candidate closing, and negotiation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and using ATS/CRM for recruiting analytics.
• MS Office applications including PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting delivery for assigned profiles, including intake, sourcing strategy, assessment, interview process, and closing.
• Develop and execute profile-specific talent strategies based on hiring demand and market conditions.
• Maintain accountability for requisition health, funnel performance, and candidate experience.
• Lead offer strategy and closing activities for applicable Operations roles with cross-functional coordination.
• Partner with RBPs and Sourcers to align delivery plans with business priorities.
