Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced Profile Lead Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting delivery for Operations hiring profiles. The role partners with Recruiting Business Partners, Managers, Sourcers, and HR to translate priorities into proactive talent pipelines and successful offers.

Relocation is provided for this role with daily onsite presence required at multiple locations across Space Coast, Seattle, Huntsville.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruiting for multiple profiles within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate business priorities into profile-specific recruiting plans and pipelines.
• Strong recruiting judgment and candidate-closing capability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting delivery for assigned job profiles, including intake, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, interview process management, offer development, offer extension, and closing.
• Develop and execute profile-specific talent strategies based on hiring demand, market conditions, talent availability, and business requirements.
• Maintain accountability for requisition health, funnel performance, candidate conversion, offer acceptance, time to fill, and candidate experience for assigned profiles.
• Lead offer strategy and closing activities for applicable Operations roles, including offer creation, extension, negotiation, and coordination with Compensation, HR, and stakeholders.
• Partner with RBPs to align profile delivery plans with business priorities and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sourcers to develop multi-channel candidate-generation strategies and strengthen pipelines.
