You will partner with the executive team across functions and locations, maintain strict confidentiality, and deliver compelling candidate reports that reflect Blue Origin's mission to expand humanity's presence in space.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-life cycle executive recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of VP-level searches.
• Expertise in assessment tools and recruitment tech.
• Ability to influence at executive level.
• Fluent with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruiting CRMs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute executive recruitment strategies.
• Conduct market mapping and benchmark talent trends.
• Build a pipeline for critical executive roles.
• Lead in-depth interviews and assessments of candidates.
