Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior program manager to lead cross-functional initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy. You will provide strategic planning, execution, oversight, and governance for initiatives, drive process transformation, and develop business cases.

You will manage risk across workstreams, coordinate across product, channel, and operations teams, and engage senior leaders to influence priorities and maintain accountability while championing innovation and change leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years employee development or coaching experience
• Deep understanding of end-to-end home loans sales, underwriting, fulfillment processes and reporting
• Project Management experience
• Data analysis experience
• Ability to build training material in PowerPoint
• Results oriented
• Strong facilitation skills and executive presence
• Excellent prioritization, time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure knowledge transfer
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate and influence
• Command of PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to engage with and communicate project plans to senior leaders
• Compliance with FDIC, SAFE Act/Loan Originators, and FINRA restrictions
• Desired: 2+ years leadership experience, home loan origination, learning plan development and deployment, process design, financial center experience

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy and goals
• Provide strategic planning, execution, oversight, and governance for initiatives
• Drive process transformation and develop business cases
• Manage risk across workstreams and ensure integration across product, channel, and operations teams
• Define workstream objectives, timelines, and deliverables and lead disciplined execution
• Coordinate efforts across product, channel, and operations teams
• Engage senior leaders and executive stakeholders to influence priorities and maintain accountability
• Drive innovation and support change leadership
• Integrate Lending & Client Delivery Support Executives and the Academy
• Provide real-time lending and CDS support through loan-level support, one-to-one coaching, and group sessions
• Collaborate with site and regional leadership to solve proficiency gaps
• Create proficiency plans and facilitate or deliver skill-builder sessions
• Provide structured support for new-to-role teammates and teammates returning from leave
• Deliver training support for initiative deployments to drive adoption
• Participate in regional and site leadership routines and collaborate directly with leaders
• Collaborate across channels and teams on priority initiatives
• Conduct call and file reviews to identify proficiency gaps and create improvement plans
• Champion activities and metrics including Digital, Systems, Pricing, Salesforce, products, programs, and soft skills
• Potentially manage associates and perform people-management, risk-management, talent-leadership, financial-stewardship, and business-outcome responsibilities
