Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee enterprise change initiatives within a banking environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and contracts, and deliver executive materials aligned with strategic goals.

The role requires strong stakeholder influence, analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations while maintaining regulatory compliance and governance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, governance, strategy, operations, risk management, business management, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, governance processes, reporting routines, and performance management frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, risk, compliance, finance, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data and insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, communications, scorecards, and reporting materials.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution within a highly matrixed organization.
• Skills in consulting, problem solving, program management, project management, reporting, collaboration, leadership development, performance management, presentation skills, issue management, oral communications, process design, and process performance management.
• Subject to FDIC and Safe Act/Loan Originators restrictions or requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs and projects involving corporate change initiatives affecting how the bank operates, delivers products or services, or executes functions
• Serve as primary contact for department managers on critical change initiatives
• Communicate, influence, and negotiate vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources
• Deliver regulatory and executive materials aligned with program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities
• Oversee operational governance, risk management, compliance support, and strategic execution of Community Banking programs and initiatives
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external partners, technology teams, and program owners
• Lead contract oversight, budgeting processes, governance routines, performance monitoring, issue management, and program controls
• Develop executive-level communications and content for recurring stakeholder forums
• Lead market and competitive intelligence efforts
• Partner with technology teams on enhancements that strengthen program effectiveness, scalability, and regulatory compliance
• Define program controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance structures, and stakeholder ways of working
• Develop project scopes, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines
• Track milestones and statuses, develop program plans, and measure progress against key performance indicators
• Analyze and mitigate program risks and produce reports for managers and stakeholders
• Identify requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and negotiate decisions for efficient resolution
• Provide stakeholders transparency into issues and decisions, uncover root causes, identify opportunities, and make recommendations
• Provide end-to-end oversight of Community Banking program governance, including contracts, budgets, performance monitoring, controls, risk mitigation, and compliance support
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, operating routines, scorecards, monitoring tools, and reporting mechanisms
• Manage vendor and partner contract oversight in alignment with business objectives, service expectations, and enterprise requirements
