Job summary

Bergstrom Automotive is seeking a Detail Technician in Appleton, WI to perform thorough interior and exterior detailing, including washing, polishing, and waxing. You will inspect vehicles for damage, ensure top presentation, and report findings to the service team.

Responsibilities also include maintaining detailing tools, applying protective treatments, and collaborating with service and sales teams to manage workload. Competitive pay with weekend premium for Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous auto detailing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with detailing products, tools and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Detail vehicles: cleaning, polishing, waxing exteriors and interiors.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report findings to service team.
• Ensure vehicles meet high cleanliness standards before delivery.
• Maintain and clean detailing equipment and organize work area.
• Apply protective treatments to vehicles as directed.
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to prioritize workload.
• Follow schedule: Mon–Fri with hours 7:00 am–7:00 pm; Sat premium.
