Job summary

Bergstrom Lexus of Appleton in Wisconsin is seeking a Detail Technician to maintain vehicle cleanliness to Bergstrom standards. You will wash, polish, and detail interiors and exteriors, inspect for damage, and apply protective treatments.

This full-time on-site role partners with service and sales teams to manage workload and ensure guest satisfaction. We offer competitive pay ($15.00–$19.00/hour), a schedule Monday–Friday 7:00 am–6:00 pm with occasional Saturdays, and a benefits package

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive detailing preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Detail vehicles by cleaning, polishing, and waxing interiors and exteriors.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report to service team.
• Ensure vehicles meet high cleanliness standards before delivery.
• Maintain and clean detailing equipment.
• Apply protective treatments to vehicles.
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to manage workload.
