Job summary

Bergstrom Acura of Appleton is seeking a Detail Technician for a part-time role. You will clean, polish, and protect vehicles inside and out, inspect for issues, and support the service team to maintain showroom quality.

You'll work Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM–7:00 PM, Friday 3:00 PM–6:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (alternating Saturdays). Pay starts at $15–$19 per hour, with an extra $2 per hour on Saturdays, plus benefits for full-time staff and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive detailing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently alone or in a team.
• Physical stamina for bending, lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with detailing products, tools and techniques.
• Guest service orientation and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Detail vehicles inside and out (washing, polishing, waxing).
• Inspect vehicles for damage or required attention and report findings.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation before guest delivery or lot placement.
• Maintain and clean detailing equipment and work area.
• Apply protective treatments (paint sealants, leather conditioners).
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to manage workload.
