Job summary

Bergstrom Automotive’s Appleton Acura location seeks a Detail Technician for full-time hours. Responsibilities include thorough detailing of vehicles, inspections, quality assurance, and maintaining equipment. The role emphasizes teamwork with service and sales to manage workload and ensure top presentation for guests.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $19.00 hourly, with potential extra pay on Saturdays. Prior detailing experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive detailing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift, stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle detailing: cleaning, polishing, waxing exteriors and interiors; wash and vacuum.
• Inspect vehicles for damage or issues and report to service team.
• Quality assurance to meet Bergstrom standards before returning to guest or lot.
• Maintain and clean detailing equipment and keep work area organized and safe.
• Apply protective treatments such as sealants and leather/fabric conditioners.
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to manage workload.
