Bergstrom Ford Lincoln of Neenah is seeking a Detail Technician to perform thorough vehicle detailing, including interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and protective treatments. You will inspect vehicles for damage, maintain equipment, and collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure top-quality presentation for guests.

The role offers a full-time schedule (Tuesday through Saturday) with pay starting at $15.00–$19.00 per hour based on experience, plus an extra $2.00 per hour on

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physically capable of bending, lifting, and standing long hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle detailing including exterior and interior cleaning, polishing, and waxing.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report findings to service team.
• Ensure vehicles meet cleanliness standards before delivery or sale lot.
• Maintain and clean detailing equipment and ensure a safe, organized work area.
• Apply protective treatments to vehicles (paint sealants, leather conditioners, fabric protectants).
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to manage workload.
