Professional Services Technical Installer

Join NCR Atleos as a Professional Services Technical Installer. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with significant travel (up to 75%).

Key Responsibilities

• Report daily on project metrics, expenses, and milestones.
• Escalate issues and risks, coordinate with project personnel, customers, and suppliers.
• Monitor project implementation for adherence to time, cost, and quality standards.
• Assist engineering and customer service duties as needed.
• Maintain access, training, deployment tools, and software records.
• Lead, supervise, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Perform hardware installation, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Manage logistics and execute hardware deployment across multiple sites.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent training, with proficiency in system installation, including Telcordia certifications.
• Ability to work independently, adhere to policies, and communicate professionally.
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds, work in tight or elevated spaces, and perform testing and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with TELCORDIA GR-1275 standards.
