Location: virtual
Travel: 75% plus travel may be required

Key Responsibilities

1. Report daily project activities and hours.
2. Submit weekly and on-time expenses.
3. Maintain project reports in customer databases or Excel.
4. Escalate issues and risks by coordinating with project personnel, customers, and suppliers.
5. Monitor implementation against time, cost, and quality standards.
6. Assist with additional engineering dispatch or customer engineer duties as needed.
7. Maintain access status, training records, deployment tools, and software.
8. Lead, supervise, and direct installation assignments.
9. Follow safety and quality control practices based on OEM and customer standards.
10. Perform hardware testing, wiring, and system commissioning.
11. Read and interpret installation documentation and engineering specs.
12. Perform inventory, installation, power, grounding, troubleshooting, and verification tasks.
13. Manage logistics and site hardware installation.
14. Lead site teams and ensure completion of service delivery, including redlines, job cost, and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent training, with proficiency in system installation and Telcordia certifications (Levels 1-3).
• Ability to work independently, adhere to policies, analyze problems, and communicate professionally.
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds, work in tight spaces, and perform in a 10ft environment.
• Proficiency in PC and software applications, with willingness to travel and work night shifts as needed.
• Ability to train and evaluate lower skill technicians.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with TELCORDIA GR-1275 standard.
