Professional Services Technical Installer

Key Responsibilities

• Daily reporting on project metrics
• Expense submission and project-specific reporting
• Escalate issues, monitor implementation, and assist with engineering duties as needed
• Maintain access, training records, and deployment tools
• Lead and supervise installation tasks, ensure safety and quality standards
• Perform hardware testing, wiring, power verification, and troubleshooting
• Manage logistics, perform site installations, and verify service delivery

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency with Telcordia standards
• Ability to work independently, adhere to policies, and communicate professionally
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds, work in confined spaces, and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with TELCORDIA GR-1275
