JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Determine project partners and organize team structures, ensuring project scope, requirements, and deliverables are clearly defined.
• Develop and manage the project timeline, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including managing risks and ensuring project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project managers and coordinators.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in managing complex projects, with a strong preference for those experienced in global deployments.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, SmartSheets) and excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Certifications & Licenses : PMP certification is highly regarded but not mandatory.
