Our client, a top-tier bank in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Professional Services Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing of external consultants and professional services. The role focuses on RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, supplier negotiation, and achieving cost savings.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of professional services sourcing experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of influencing stakeholders and delivering value in a financial services environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in professional services sourcing or related fields.
• Proven experience with SOW, contracts, time & materials (T&M), and/or managed services engagements.
• Strong experience managing RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and negotiating with suppliers.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings and cost avoidance.
• Strong analytical skills including spend analysis, financial modeling, pricing analysis, and reporting.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders and influencing purchasing and sourcing decisions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Financial services industry experience strongly preferred.

• Manage sourcing pipelines, savings tracking, supplier optimization, and contract-related activities.
• Evaluate existing sourcing and procurement processes and recommend opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Prepare and present sourcing strategies, savings opportunities, supplier recommendations, and business cases to leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives related to supplier performance, sourcing governance, and procurement effectiveness.
