Job summary

PrideGlobal is partnering with a leading global financial services firm in New York City to hire a Professional Services Sourcing Specialist. You will lead RFP processes, negotiate terms, and drive cost savings across professional services engagements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on Professional Services Sourcing experience, including SOW/Contract/T&M engagements, spend analysis, and strong negotiation skills. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence in NYC is available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Professional Services Sourcing/Strategic Sourcing experience.
• Experience with SOW, Contract, T&M and/or Outsourced Managed Services engagements.
• Strong RFP/RFQ/RFI and supplier negotiation experience.
• Demonstrated experience driving cost savings and/or cost avoidance.
• Strong spend analysis, financial modeling and reporting capabilities.
• Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and influencing purchasing decisions.
• Financial services experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with tools such as Ariba, Fieldglass, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Business Objects or similar.

• Analyze spend, pricing, market trends and supplier data to identify savings opportunities.

• Support sourcing pipeline, savings tracking, supplier optimization and contract management.
• Evaluate existing sourcing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Present sourcing strategies, savings opportunities and recommendations to leadership.

I'm currently recruiting for a Professional Services Sourcing Specialist opportunity with a leading global financial services firm in New York City.

This is a strong opportunity for a sourcing professional with 3–5 years of hands-on Professional Services Sourcing experience who has worked across RFPs, supplier negotiations, SOWs, spend analysis, and cost savings initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and manage RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, including developing requirements and evaluation/scoring criteria
