Talent Focus is partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Washington, DC office.

This is a pivotal role combining office management, human resources and business operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional, efficient and productive working environment.

  • Experience within a professional services environment is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation and employee relations.
  • Experience managing office operations, facilities and administrative functions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.
