Professional Development & Employee Experience Coordinator - Are you highly organized and able to keep multiple projects, deadlines, and details moving at the same time? - Do you enjoy coordinating programs and events that bring people together and support employee growth? - Can you balance excellent customer service with accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced HR environment? The Professional Development & Employee Experience Coordinator plays a key role in supporting a positive and engaging employee experience across the Division of Student Affairs and Academic Support. This position coordinates professional development programs, employee engagement initiatives, conferences, and student employment activities while providing responsive customer service and administrative support for Human Resources operations. The coordinator works closely with employees, applicants, campus partners, and other stakeholders to help deliver organized, efficient, and employee-focused HR programs and services.
